Just South of the Border
OMG. While driving up I-95 this week, I caught of glimpse of this place just as I passed South of the Border in Dillon, SC. I had to drive a few miles to the next exit before I could turn around, but it was definitely worth the stop.
This is a huge abandoned complex just off the interstate. It is completely open. All the windows are gone or broken and everything is trashed. It is awesome!

This is kinda sad to see a place in such disrepair. I always feel bad as if the building is somehow a being. it was born, lended itself so that people could have an enjoyable time and create memories and then just like that its abandoned left there to stand in neglect all alone. Yes ladies and gentleman I am certifiable!
